@Sarah Thomas Congrats on the rollout. In general, when rolling out I would recommend picking your most engaged group of new users who are enthusiastic and more tech savvy and willing to try new tech. In doing so, you can focus on helping them. Also, rollouts go much better when there's a small group of cheerleaders who will in turn talk about how much the new system is helping them and in turn, be able to encourage and help others who may need more assistance or more of a push to get going.
