When on "contacts" list view, I'd like to select a field to display that's not an option

I'm setting up Salesforce for my non-profit to use at first, mainly, for organization of our contacts. I'm using Campaigns to label most of the "groups" in my contact list, and would like to display something on the list view about how many campaigns that contact is a part of. Looks like anything related to Campaigns is not an option under LIST VIEW CONTROLS: "Select Fields to Display" - anyone know of any loop holes I don't see to display something about the campaigns the contact is connected to? Thanks!

PS. I don't have a lot of hand's-on with declarative Roll-Up either, but Andy Fawcett (the guy who invented it) did a blog post about it => https://developer.salesforce.com/blogs/2018/07/a-declarative-rollup-summary-tool-for-force-com-lookup-relationships.html
