I think the gist of it is that we can't - nonprofit or for profit - rest on our laurels and expect that the same processes, technology, methods, and platforms that worked for us in the past will continue to work for us in the future. We'll need to make connections with people who are tending to "connect" with less organizations on the platforms where they expect us to be in order to be considered a viable option. #NoLaurelResting
