Gift Entry and Multi-Select Picklists

Hey everyone! Long time BGE user, first time Gift Entry installer. Trying to figure out the situation with data mapping and multi-select picklists. It appears that the option to map and add multi-select picklists to the GE form , but the field doesn't appear to show up on the actual GE interface. Am I missing a step or are multi-select picklists just not supported?
