DataLoader Error

I'm getting this error when attempting to upload Opportunities into Salesforce:

npsp.TDTM_Opportunity: execution of BeforeInsert caused by: System.NullPointerException: Attempt to de-reference a null object (System Code)

I see resolutions for similar errors, but none for this particular one.
