I added a lookup field on our Lead object to associate an Account. I want to create a field on the Account that is the count of all leads associated with that account. We have Professional version, so can't use cross filters. I'm at my flow limit. Any ideas?

For a roll-up summary field you need a Master-Detail relationship. There is also limitations on roll-ups for converted leads apparently seen in this article: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.fields_about_roll_up_summary_fields.htm&type=5
You might need to use a 3rd party app like Declarative Lookup Rollup Summary (DLRS) or Rollup Helper to accomplish your goal.
