Hello Salesforce pros,
I had a Sales rep email about 50 contacts today using a template that I made. After the send he got back an automated email with a CSV file listing which recipients had failed.
I'm wondering
1. How can I change so that I get this log and not the sales reps themselves.
2. What is the best practice to deal with those email addresses? Should they be removed from the contact record?

The title was "Fwd: Salesforce list email "{{{Recipient.FirstName}}}, join us at eTail Germany Connect!" was sent"
