I created a custom report of type - 'leads with Duplicate record items' which shows the list of duplicate leads if they have same email-ID(matching rule)
How can I merge those leads? I don't want to do it manually. Please advise

You could use the above to merge the existing Leads and to handle them on a continuous basis you could also try and follow the below link:
