I am getting the following error message: We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help when I try to log with Axiom application into Salesforce org.
I have done the challenge twice. With each attempt I created a different user name and get the same message. Any idea how to resolve this?

Hi @Justyna Maichac, In my case, I was setting the Entity Id as a lightning instance URL.
I just made use of a classic URL (https://mydomain-dev-ed.my.salesforce.com) of my dev org in Entity ID while creating Salesfroce SAML Single Sign-On Settings. It did work for me..
