How can I allow a user to attach a file to an opportunity record in the "Notes & Attachments" related list without adding the "Modify All" opportunity object permission for their profile?

Hi Greg,
Can you check as to who owns the Opportunity and role of Opportunity owner? Does that Role and user's role (who tries to add attachment) are same or different?
Normally.. adding attachment or files to a record is determined by Record's access for user. Profile 's object access alone will not suffice.
