I would like to draw the attention of the Salesforce Leadership team in pertaining to the online exam. I have been trying to give the Admin exam for the last 2 weeks, and am still unable to do so due to a software glitch on the Kryterion exam platform. I believe this issue is continuing for a month now. Now, to give an exam at an onsite location during this pandemic is unfair to the candidates. Therefore, it is my humble request to the Salesforce Leadership team to look into this matter on an urgent basis and take corrective actions. Thanks!
