I'm trying to get a report for all user generated emails from our users and their open/bounce rates. According to this document (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/trailblazer-community/feed?tab=questions&search=HTML+email+report) I cannot do this as I'm an administrator.
Is there any way around this with a report, third party app, or from an API call? We have Pardot, but we are emailing our prospects directly from Salesforce and from what I gather, Pardot only tracks marketing email sends.
