Hide/Remove button "Delete" from Opportunity Contact Role

Hi Community,

Do you know how to hide/remove the button from Opp Contact Role without dev? 

I removed "Delete" button from Opp Contact Role pagelayout, but this button remains still visible.

    I found a workaround:

    • custom checkbox field on Opp Contact Role "Block deletion"
    • validation rile "block deletion = true"
    • delete record triggered flow,  before save with Update record (block deletion = true)
