How do you modify the fields visible on the Contact section from Service Console Preconfigured? I have tried modified the compact page layout and edit the page, but nothing is working.

@Ryan MacAlmon I believe what you’re looking for is Button, Links and Actions on the Contact object - there will be one similar to ViewContact which will allow you to add/remove fields
