Two part in-app guidance question.

1. We have 4 different apps our team works out and I need to create some walkthroughs for the same thing in those different apps.  Is there any way to assign it to different apps or clone the walkthrough and make it for the different apps without creating an entire new one?  

2. I've already created a handful in our UAT environment and it doesn't seem I can deploy with a change set, is this true or am I missing something?
