I am attempting to run the GUAR from our Prod instance and it never finishes, and I have let it run for 8+ hours. No errors, just the dancing dots................

I have gone through all the other steps and it looks like we are secured just fine, so I was also wondering if I can somehow get Salesforce to STOP sending me emails, leaving VMs, etc... about securing the Guest User....
