For those organizations with non sales employees, how long did it take users to feel comfortable navigating contacts, reports, and other basic information in your rollout? Was there a resource or video they mentioned as particularly helpful? since we dont use some CRM or sales features, I think we would start with a Classic to Lightning interface comparison (either walkthrough or screenshots highlighting elements of the UI).

It looks like it takes a week or two. Several factors, and we are planning to allow a short period to toggle back and forth. Plus a clear change management plan and resources to shift processes.
