Lightning Search Results in Sandboxes: Hello, has anyone else experienced 'no search results' in a sandbox? Salesforce states "We searched the objects you use most and didn't find any matches for 'xyz'." I have configured our production environment with all the suggested solutions to make Search more dynamic (and we refreshed our Sandbox after those updates). However, I believe we will always encounter this restricted search results due to (per Salesforce help article) "However, the search may not have enough data to do the same in sandbox since the User may not be searching as frequently there as they are in production."
There is an idea out there to improve upon this - https://trailblazer.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A000000EC74QAG - but I'm curious if anyone has some magical tricks to produce smarter search results in sandboxes? Our users get hung up on the 'no results' when performing UAT test cases in a sandbox. Thank you!
Would understand if it's a dev box... but a nuisance in full sandboxes. Thanks :)
