We found two small gotchas for existing customers who want to set up our Spring ’21 features. 

• When setting up document verification, make sure that you add the new Admissions Connect Document Verification custom permission to the Admissions Connect Verifier permission set. Then assign the Admissions Connect Verifier permission set to the appropriate users or profiles. Our original announcement didn’t make this clear. We’ve updated the post for Spring ’21 to clarify this gotcha. 
• When setting up ad hoc Action Plan Templates, if you don’t see the Let users add items to action plans checkbox, add it to the page layout. The Action Plan Template object isn't listed in Object Manager. To edit the layout, navigate to an Action Plan Template record in the app, then click Setup icon and select Edit Object. Then click Page Layouts and edit the Action Plan Template Layout. We’ve updated our docs to note this as well.
