I am getting a problem as I have created a Validation Rule for Account object as following fields are mandatory for Sales User Profile-
Contract Signed Date
Contract End Date
MRR
Auto-renewal (Y/N)
Renewal Date
Integration Start Date
City
Here is the Validation Rule, can you please suggest wether the Validation Rule is correct or not--

$Profile.Name = "Sales User",
OR(
ISBLANK(Contract_Sign_Date__c),
ISBLANK(Contract_End_Date__c),
ISBLANK(Current_MRR__c),
ISBLANK(Agreement_Renewal_date__c),
ISBLANK(Integration_Start_Date__c),
ISBLANK(City__c)
)
)
Because after activating this validation Rule am getting a mail for some users as they are not able to close the Lead and the Error is coming as
"Error element myRule_1_A1 (FlowRecordUpdate).
The flow tried to update these records: null. This error occurred: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION: Please Update the field.. You can look up ExceptionCode values in the SOAP API Developer Guide."
After deactivating the Validation Rule, this issue gets resolved , but I have to make some fields as mandatory for Sales User Profile and not mandatory for other profiles, only have to make Required field for Sales User Profile.
Can anybody confirm,that the Validation Rule which I have created is correct or not?
Secondly if its not correct what are the changes I have to make and how I can resolve the issue.
Any suggestion would be Appreciable!!

So, as per your opinion I have to create another validation Rule for Opportunity object.But what would be the Validation rule in this condition.Can you please elaborate, I didn't understand exactly.
