Unable to change theme in Salesforce community

Hello everyone, I am setting up a Salesforce community in developer edition. I am unable to change the theme in the Digital Experiences Builder. There is simply no tab for themes. I have attached a photo for reference. Unable to change theme in Salesforce community

    Hi Graham,

     

    You cannot change the theme if the earlier one is Aloha. Try creating a new community
