Email share options?

I want all emails to be automatically shared with everyone in salesforce instead of having to share them after they have been sent. Is this possible?

    Hello, 

     

    Apologies for it not being clear. When in my outlook and vewing the salesforce add-in section shown below. I have to select the Share in Salesforce with: 'Everyone' option every time. I would like to choose which emails not to share instead of now having to choose which emails to share.
