My org is having an issue where we would like to have emails potentially have uppercase OR lowercase values put in. However, when we do, it all gets defaulted to lowercase. We have the fields set up as email, would we need to change those field types to text and would that work?
For example, I want to input my email of HarRIson.PeR@yahoo.com, but it always makes it lowercase to harrison.per@yahoo.com. Thanks for any suggestions!!
