I have a requirement where in we need to implement omni channel for leads. I have followed all the steps necessary for configuring omni channel in sales console. Whenever leads are generated from web 2 lead and assigned to the respective queue i cannot see any leads coming in to the omni channel window. Is this because our sandbox does not have service cloud licence or chat user licence? Please assist me in this. Thanks a lot.
