I have tried creating contacts in both Salesforce and Google Contacts and they do not map correctly. Specifically I am having issue with multiple email addresses. Only a single email will map and it maps Google ‘work’ to/from Salesforce ‘personal’. No other label/field works in either platform.
Other mapping has labeling quirks as well but at least I can get the data to transfer. I really need this to work please help.
Feature request: the ability to map the fields, I have custom fields that are not a show stopper but definitely a serious workflow issue. My question would be null if this was the case. Why does that not exist, it seems so basic?
