I tried to use lightning url hack on the CPQ Quote object (SBQQ__Quote__c) but it didn't work.
I created a detail page button on Opportunity and put the url hack code below but it didn't work.
/lightning/o/SBQQ__Quote__c/new?recordTypeId=012f4000000b895AAA&defaultFieldValues=
Description__c='Test',
SBQQ__Primary__c=true
I can create an url hack on creating account from lead sucessfully by following the example from this link below:

Has anyone done the url hack on cpq quote object successfully?

Hi Lu Zhan,
you can create lightning quick Action with Default field using Layout Edit setting
OR
you can also choose create a Recod with default field values:
