Team leader needs to check cases on the behalf of his team members

Question

Hi all,

I Need to give visibility to a team leader on a dynamic dashboard only for members of his team (Checked the "Let dashboard viewers choose whom they view the dashboard as" box --> Visibility managed by hierarchy of roles)

However, when he clicks on the report, he has his own cases. Any solution to allow him do the work on the behalf of a member of his team?

Hi Nesrine,   Is the report filtered by My role based team's cases?

By the way, this would show the manager's cases as well as their team's.   If you just want to show his team's cases, you'd have to create a formula field on cases returning a checkbox with this formula:    Owner: User.Id  = $ User.Id     Then add a filter to your report:   Formula field equals false
