I'am struggeling with the fact that there are only two items available in the offline preferences on the salesforce mobile app (tasks + dashboards).
Do you have any idea, why all other items are not visible?

Daniel - with the help of Salesforce Support, we troubleshot this down to having to add "Smart Search Items" to Salesforce Navigation. See Screenshot. Also, after adding Smart Search Items, I logged out of Salesforce Mobile App, Re-logged in, went to Settings > Offline Cache > Start Caching. Then under Settings > Offline Preferences, all of the expected items (objects) were available.
