I'm trying to set up an automated process where email notifications get sent out to customers at 60,30,0,Past Due after a custom object is updated to "Quote Sent to Customer".
Prior to this status being updated I want to give our users the ability to select a different template and utilize that template in the automated process builder. Is this possible?

Hi Jared,
you could create a custom picklist (with values template 1, template 2 ...) and add that as extra criteria for the process. So the process starts when the custom picklist + "quote sent to customer" are selected and then you would relate each template to the corresponding picklist value.
