Been stumped on the behavior of milestones.
I have set up a Very High entitlement process with 2 milestones:
1) Response
2) Resolution
Milestone Behaviour
1) Response only enters when it meets status = new && priority = very high
2) Resolution milestone should appear throughout the whole case lifecycle.
However, when I move status from New to In Progress, both milestones auto completes. Can I please get some help?

In salesforce order of execution the step 16 is checking for entitlement.
it seems its being checked and having the condition satisfied.
just check if you have any other process and rules that is causing it to satisfy the condition..
before it actually updates the values.
