I have cases coming into Service Cloud from 3 origins (Email, Web, Phone - via our app). Our Queues work for Email and Web cases but do not seem to work for Phone cases (majority of our reports) and I cannot figure out why or how to fix it. Help?

    Hi Erin,

     

    If that doesnt work then write a workflow for this thing.
