The formula expression is invalid: Incorrect number of parameters for function 'ISNEW()'. Expected 0, received 1

I am facing this error in the process builder.I have written a login inside ISNEW() function.Cant we write like that?.When new recoreds are created I want a field to get updated so I am trying to write inside ISNEW(--here--).So then while saving I am getting the above error.Please help me to solve it.

    But there are several different conditions where it has to change when edited as well.So I have given the process as "When the record is created or edited".The above scenario is one of the last conditions in the process builder which will have to execute during creation.All other conditions are working but only this is not working!!!!!..What could be the reason?
