How to make duplicate rules exclude to certain profile? I have a requirement where I need to allow duplication of email for ceratin profile. How do I need to exclude activated duplicate rule for the profile? Please help.

    Hi Shrithi,

     

    What have you tried so far? where are you struggling?

     

    Within the rule you can have 2 one to alert when running user profile is X and the second one when is not to block
