I have doubt regarding reports

I have created a flow that which creates tasks.So when the tasks are created I am trying to generate report.So in the report,2 tasks are getting created when the report is run.

 

I checked the flow just to confirm whether the flow is creating 2 tasks or not but the flow is creating only task.But when I run the report 2 tasks are created.

 

Can anybody please let me know the reason behind this?

    I think your flow is creating a single task but either of process builder of flow is creating the other task. Kindly check if any other tool is generating task for similar scenario. Thanks
