Partner users have been created.Now on their User detail page When "Reset Password" is clicked,reset Password email is not being sent to the respective user.What could be the reason and how to resolve the issue!!

 

Please help.

    @ Dyaneshwar: User is active.

     

    @ Sourav: Email deliverability is All email itself even then the user is not receiving Reset password mails.!.
