When I upload a file into a particular library and assign it to a particular group,can the group get email alert ?

Is there a way so that I can upload a file into a library and the group that has been assigned to it get email alert regarding the file upload? Is it possible? Please guide me.

Hi Shruti,

By default, files shared using "Shared with People" send an email. I'm not sure about group. Here's the related article: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000337916&type=1&mode=1
