For instance, Co-Worker A is able to see activity details under Event A, Event C, and Event D that are assigned to Co-Worker B. However, Co-Worker A is not able to see activity details under Event B, Event E, and Event F that is also assigned to Co-Worker B. To test the error, Event C was duplicated as Event G. Now, Event G won't show those activity details.

To answer your questions...
1.) it might be different page layout alligned to users as respective profiles, can you check all workers on same profiles?
- Yes, all workers are assigned to the same profile.
2.) Check PageLayout Assignement, go to the setup -> PageLayout for Event Page Layout and Select the Page Layout Assignment button to identify.
- Not sure what this is supposed to do. I did this and all users are using the same layout. For the above situation, both users are on the same profile.
Let me rephrase..
Co-Worker A is User A. Co-Worker B is User B. User A and User B have the same profile.
User B creates (and assigns herself to) Event A, Event B, Event C, Event D, Event E, and Event F. They were all created the same way with no restrictions and they take place during the span of a few weeks. User B also shared her calendar with User A.
User A wants to read the details of those events. For all 6 events, User A is able to see the event fields such as the subject, times, location, and description. However, she's only able to see the activity fields in Events A, Event C, and Event D... but not Event B, Event E, and Event F.
To test if anything changed, User B duplicated Event C as Event G with the assumption that if User A could see the activity fields in Event C, then she should also be able to see the same in Event G. Only this time, User A could not see the activity fields in Event G.
