We have a problem when we are pusing Leads from ZoomInfo Software to SF. When these leads are getting updated in the SF we have a Restricted Picklist field called ' Lead Source' gets updated as ZoomInfo as it is due to API thing. Now we want to create a process builder so that when such event happen our process builder should update the Lead Source Field 'List Import' and Lead Source Detail ( Which is a dependent picklist on Lead Source value should get updated as 'ZoomInfo'. I am not able to undersatnd how I should proceed with this issue. Please help
Snap Shot : Lead Updated by ZoomInfo on Sales force Lead Soure = 'ZoomInfo' even though it is retriected picklist. I assume it is because of API Thing
Requirement : Once the lead is imported Process builder should update the Lead Source field as 'List Import' (This value is there in the picklist ) and then the depent Pick list ' Lead Source Detail' = Zoominfo( This is a different field depent on Lead Source Picklist Value)

Hi Abhishek,
Reach out to the Business user who is managing ZoomInfo at your company. Process builder is not recommended when you can achieve this with field mapping.
