I am looking to modify the system generated task email notifications when a task is assgined to a user. Ideally, I want to modify the fields that are in email and add in a static email to be CC'ed on the email notification.
I know that this can be done with email alerts triggered from process builder, but at that rate, two emails are generated (one system created and the process builder email).
Is there are a way accomplish this? Or is it best practice to disable the system generated task email notificaitons and only use the email alerts?

Hi Jeff,
Unfortunately, it's not possible to modify the system generated task email notification. I would suggest to disable the system generated task email notificaitons and use email alert.
