I've created a text field in other to record numeric values which starts with zeros since number fields does not allow you to save records which starts with zero( as far as i know)
However, we can only have numbers in this field and for that i'm trying to create a validation rule but that has to be to a specific profile or maybe record type.
First try was this formula
NOT(ISNUMBER( C_n_p_j__c ))
which works pretty fine but is blocking everyone
Then, i've created this one to only block the field for this account record type:
AND( RecordTypeId = "0121v000000aT9eAAE",
NOT(ISNUMBER( C_n_p_j__c )))
However, still does not works.. any ideas ??

Hi Rodrigo,
Try to avoid hard-coding IDs in a formula, it makes it hard to deploy or evn read it.
Can you try using RecordType.Name instead:
AND( RecordType.Name= "RecordTypeHere",
NOT(ISNUMBER( C_n_p_j__c )))
By the way, the correct syntax if you want to use the ID is RecordType.Id, not RecordTypeId
