How to refresh a page or component ?

Question

- I need to refresh a component Aura every 20 seconds.

- Necesito actualizar un comoponente Aura cada 20 segundos.

I have this code in JavaScript for HTML but i don't know to apply in Aura Component.

function actualizar() {
location.reload(true);
}
setInterval("actualizar()",20000);

the sencence refresh view native of salsforce, i don't know to use correctly way.

$A.get('e.force:refreshView').fire();

I think it is possible if you make a helper like the one below and call it.

helper.js

refreshView : function(component, event){

$A.get('e.force:refreshView').fire();

}
