collection variable User1_Accounts not showing up in picklist on Build Logic to Reassign Accounts. There isn't a previous module, it tells me to create a new playground for the project, Build an Account Reassignment Wizard

collection variable "User1_Accounts" not showing up in picklist on Build Logic to Reassign Accounts module.  There isn't a previous module, it tells me to create a new playground for the project, Build an Account Reassignment Wizard.  Previously made API "User1_Accounts" in an earlier step on Collect Usernames Screen.  Any ideas?
