Can't see account name as a sys admin while creating an opportunity?

I am new to Salesforce and studying for the Admins exam.

I am not able to see Account Name when creating a new opportunity both as a SysAdm ( which I am very surprised) and as a user I created with Custom sales profile.

I was expecting to see the name of the company e.g. ABC that I gave when setting up company info in the Developer's Edition.
