Hi Shraddha, You can do this in Process Builder. Your trigger would be a formula, and you'd simply need to add
ISNEW()
as the fiormula criteria, and then add the Update Record, imediate action to update the status. This will then ensure all new Quotes are updated to draft. Thanks!
