Change sender email address for Approval Assignment Email Template

Question

I was wondering if it is possible to changer the email address from wich Approval Assignment Email Templates are sent in approval processes. Thus far I have only been able to find information on how to change which email address is used in an Email Alert as part of a Approval, Rejection, or Recall. I am referring to the email template used in Step 4 of the "Standard Setup Wizard" (image below for reference.)
