I want to call vfpage via formula field in lightening commuinity ? i am using this formula: HYPERLINK(" https://communitycalling-developer-edition.ap15.force.com/partner/apex/LeadSoftPhoneclone?values="+Name,Name )

 but getting  this url on single click I want to call vfpage via formula field in lightening commuinity ? i am using this formula: HYPERLINK(: https://communitycalling-developer-edition.ap15.force.com/partner/s/sfdcpage/%2Fapex%2FLeadSoftPhoneclone%3Fvalues%3D%2BMeenakshi and my expected url is: https://communitycalling-developer-edition.ap15.force.com/partner/apex/LeadSoftPhoneclone?values=Meenakshi

    Does it work if update the URL prior to defininig the parameters as:

    https://communitycalling-developer-edition.ap15.force.com/partner/s/sfdcpage/apex/LeadSoftPhoneclone
