Inline editing is not available for opportunites. I have double checked user interface settings and according to the settings it is enabled. See screeshot of error and settings attached.

Unfortunately, when trying to use in-line editing on a list view, that List View has to be filtered to only show Opportunities of a single record type
It looks like your All Opportunities list view is not currently filtered on record type, so records of various record types are being displayed. I would recommend creating a list view filtered for each record type where in-line editing is desired.
For example, if I had 2 Opportunity record types: Partner and Customer, I would need 2 separate list views to support in-line editing. All Partner Opportunities would show all Opportunities where Record Type = Partner, and All Customer Opportunities would show all Opportunities where Record Type = Customer.
