I have Enterprise edition and am testing a process that would send out emails 180 days, 60 days, 30 days, 7 days before a custom Membership End date field. There are also scheduled emails for day-of, two weeks later, and two months later. The conditions for firing are for the Opportunities to be in a specific Campaign and for the Opportunity Stage to be set to Anticipated Renewal.
I've tested everything and the emails go out fine. However, if I change the critera (for example, that the Opportunity is Pledged), the emails continue to go out. The scheduled actions are not being cancelled when the criteria is no longer valid. The process is set to "when a record is created or edited" and the actions are only executed when the specified changes are made to the record. Can anyone figure out what's going on?
