Formula for formula field to bring in a User Email

Need a Formula to bring in a specific user's email address. So the same email is brought into the field all the time from the same user.

 

e.g. User ID = 12345 and email is user12345@salesforce.com

 

output of field always is:

 

user12345@salesforce.com

    Is this possible using another field type?

     

    I would just like the same email address to be in the field everytime
