how to redirect to case record page which is dynamically created from a visual flow

i have an LWC component created which is calling a flow where in cases are getting created by that flow once the case has been created the page has to redirect to the case record page which iam facing difficulty in acheivieng can someone guide me how to win this situation help appreciated! thanks in advance
